Season starts for all divisions normally mid May (weather permitting). The week of May 11th is the scheduled start of the 2026 season.
4U (Blastball), 5U (TBall), 6U (First Pitch) and 7U (Tyke) will run for 11 weeks with the last week being the third week in July.
8U (Rookie) to 16-21U (Midget/Junior) regular seasons runs for 12 weeks, with the final week of the regular season being the 2nd last week of July (weather permitting). Playoffs will start following regular season and will run for approximately 2 - 3 weeks.
In an effort to further develop the skill sets of the WMBA players and enhance the level gameplay at each age group there have been some changes within the division structure. A more detailed overview has been provided on the website regarding all the rules that have been reviewed/created.
Here is the junior division line-up for 2026:
4U
Introduction to baseball. Three teams on the field at the same time rotating through three stations 1) hitting 2) infield defense 3) skill development conducted in the outfield.
5U
Taking the FUNdamentals learned in Blastball children will now hit hardballs from the tee and learn to make outs on the base paths.
6U
Coaches will pitch underhand to players and outs made on the bases.
7U
The pitching machine is introduced a full season earlier with this new division
8U
Pitching machines will continue to be used in games, with increased speed. Players will recieve an introduction to live pitching during practices as prepartion for the 9U division.
9U
Player pitching is introduced with teams pitching to themselves. Own team pitch will allow players to focus on accuracy, and finding the strike zone, allowing for the hitter to swing and get the ball in play.

WMBA is adding Friday and Sunday games to the 2026 House League due to high registration.
